Email privacy
Updated October 13, 2026
Singularity Memes is operated by Jackson Taylor. When you sign up, we store your email address, signup date, the updates you agreed to receive, and your subscription status.
How we use it
We use your signup to keep you informed about Singularity Memes comics, updates, and the forthcoming Guide to Riding the Singularity. Your address is stored in our Neon database, with the website and signup endpoint hosted by Vercel. We do not sell your email address.
We do not currently send automatic confirmation emails. Signups are recorded as unconfirmed until an email confirmation system is connected.
Spam protection
The signup endpoint uses a temporary keyed hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit records expire after one hour and are removed on subsequent signup requests. Hosting providers may also process request information to operate their services.
Your choices
To withdraw your signup or request deletion, contact @SingularityMeme on X. We may ask you to verify that you own the address. Before we start sending newsletters, we will provide an unsubscribe option in each email. We retain signup information until you request deletion or we no longer need it for these updates.
